Manam ch tatch yatroktam Ayurveda: sah uchyate

The science which guides us about what is Good and what is bad for us, about happiness(healthy condition ) and sorrow (disease condition )is called Ayurveda.

The motto of Ayurveda is

Swasthyasya Swasth Rakshnam

The prime motto of Ayurveda is to protect the health of healthy people and To treat the diseased one.

This principle fits very well in the present scenario where prevention is most needed.

Ayurveda cover all aspects of life :

  • Diet
  • Life style
  • Moral conducts
  • Explanation about seasons and seasonal regime
  • Daily regime
  • Impact of Season and diseases
  • how to tackle them
  • Treatment aspect of different disease
  • Mental health-related issue

Ayurveda as a Complementary System of Healing

As far as restoring good health is concerned Ayurveda believes in the body’s inherent capacity to heal itself. The way of life it advocates is aimed at raising the level of fitness and good health which itself would strengthen the immune system and keep disease at bay. Therefore good mental health and freedom from mental stress is necessary for total well-being. This is the reason why yoga and meditation are prescribed to bring harmony between the mind and body.

Ayurvedic Principal has a more practical approach it does to creating hindrance into normal body systems but it makes the body system capable to fight the disease. It does not replace the work of an organ as how modern medicines do. for example, if the Thyroid gland has some problem if we give hormonal pills it further makes that organ sluggish to work because its function was replaced by pill same way in Diabetes also they use hypoglycemic drugs, insulin which actually, is work of insulin due to some reasons that are not working normally so instead of finding the cause of poor functioning of the organ they start medicines. Due to the result of that organ stopped functioning permanently.

On other hand SRIPAA Ayurveda finds the cause first then tries to remove that cause first so that Organ can work smoothly. By this, we can understand if we make Ayurveda the first choice of treatment then we can cure many of the so-called incurable diseases of the Modern era.
